Continuing Education Class for Insurance Agents

Brian's being observed as a new instructor. Great Job Brian!

Our November 16, 2017 CE class went well. We had around 20 attend the course on Fire Restoration.

After the class we heard wonderful comments about the class material. Some comments went like this:

- I didn't know that you shouldn't touch soot covered items. This could cause permanent discoloration!

- The video of the actual fire and how things spread give me a whole new perspective on fires and how the cleaning company must deal with it.

- The insured will always want to gather things and clean things but that's not what should be done.

- That was the best overall class I have attended!.

I would like to say thanks for all the kind words I have heard and we will be sure to have another one soon.

Thanks for the Hannibal Knights of Columbus for allowing us to use the meeting room. K of C 907 in Hannibal.
